His breakthrough came with “Walking Away – Infinity” on Sony Music Germany: more than 10 million streams, a place on the French Airplay Charts, Spotify editorial support and backing from R3HAB and Sam Feldt. The hits kept coming. “Fire” passed 8.5 million streams, “Divine” 5 million, and “I Think I Might Like It” on Sony Music France crossed 4 million after its teaser hit 2 million views before release.

Collaborations put him next to the big names: “Show Me” with international superstar DJ Antoine, produced with Sergio Trillini and Mad Mark, and an official remix of US pop star Enisa’s “Disco Cone” on Atlantic Records. In 2026 he partnered with Los Angeles label broke and dropped a new single almost every month, from “One More Time” and “I Wanna Go” to “Late Night Ibiza” and “We Are Young”.

On 24 July 2026 he played Tomorrowland, the world’s biggest electronic music festival, on the United We Dance by Absolut stage, and released “We Don’t Stop” the same day. National TV (24ur, POP TV), ELLE and Cosmopolitan covered the moment. He has shared line-ups with Gabry Ponte, Matroda and Tujamo, played festival shows in Zürich and France, and rocked Slovenia’s biggest clubs.

His audience is truly international, led by Germany, the USA, France and the UK, and more than 315,000 TikTok followers catch every new drop. He also hosts his own radio show, “Matway’s Choice”, on Hitradio Center. Melody first, built for the dancefloor: Matway is one of the most exciting dance acts coming out of Europe right now.
