Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by NEOSERV d.o.o., Slovenia. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period and are not combined with other data.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.

Newsletter (“Join Matway’s Fam”)

If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your name (optional) and email address to send you news about new music, releases and shows. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You are added to the list right after you sign up.

The newsletter is sent with MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”, Lithuania, EU). Your data is stored on their servers for this purpose only. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to info@matwaymusic.com. Your data is then removed from the list.

Contact by email

If you write to one of the email addresses on this site, we use your message and contact details only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

External links

This site links to Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and music link pages (matway.lnk.to). These services are only contacted when you click a link. Their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@matwaymusic.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
